It was the first time I bought a used car. Michael and Kim were great and very patient with me. Kim guided me through the process which actually took a while since it was out of state. Even before the purchase, Mitchell and I did a facetime call so I could review the car in detail. They helped me find a great shipper too. After the purchase they answered all questions and were very responsive regarding a very very minor issue. My car is fantastic and exactly as they presented it. I am very happy with the experience and would definitely purchase another car from them and highly recommend them.
